At QuEvents, we believe every event should create lasting memories without leaving a lasting footprint. We are committed to social and environmental sustainability, weaving responsible practices into everything we do to help communities and the planet thrive.

We actively reduce waste and resource use at events by:

Recycling, reusing, and repurposing infrastructure such as marquees, signage, furniture, and décor across multiple events.
Providing well-labeled recycling stations for bottles, cans, batteries, and cartridges, while partnering with local groups like Strong Street Recyclers to maximise recovery.
Replacing single-use plastics with reusable service options such as water monsters and refill hydration stations to cut down bottled water use.
Partnering with waste management providers like Bamboo Projects to ensure responsible disposal and recycling.
Creating and enforcing vendor guidelines that eliminate single-use plastics from food and beverage service at our event sites.

We also work to minimise carbon impact by consolidating crew and equipment transport, prioritising local suppliers to cut down freight distances, and supporting sustainable travel options such as bike valet programs.
